This is what I wore to my senior prom on May 11th, 2013. At first, I was nervous about basically everything. But, I’m glad I went. I had a blast, and I chose to not look at pictures of myself until after prom. I saw the picture my mom took of me in my dress and it was just the confidence booster I needed! I’ve been down on my luck lately and needed something to help boost my foxy-feelings and this was it! I got tons of compliments from people claiming I looked like the little mermaid and that I was one of the prettiest girls at prom, and although I don’t care much for outshining others on prom night, I not only looked and felt fabulous in my own mind, but it came through and I think that’s what gave me my boost. 

I’m a U.S. size 14/16 and I am a babe!

If I owned this dress, I would never take it off.  NEVER.

I’d wear it ‘till it fall of my skin
But I doubt it would look as good as it looks on her! It’s a mermaid princess
